1. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new VPS purchases. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund.

2. Eligibility

• Refunds apply to new purchases only, not renewals
• One refund per customer per 30-day period
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear

3. Non-Refundable Items

Custom configurations, add-on services and usage beyond the initial 7-day period are not eligible for refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your order ID and a brief reason. We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.
