2. Services

We provide cloud VPS hosting and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may not use our services for any illegal purpose
• You may not send spam, malware or unsolicited bulk communications
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• You may not use our services to infringe the rights of others

4. Billing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment.

5. Uptime SLA

We commit to a 99.9% uptime SLA. If we fall below this threshold, you are eligible for service credits as described in our SLA. Service credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for uptime failures.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel your service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with or without notice.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
